Topeka LULAC Council No. 11071 is offering scholarships to qualified Hispanic or Latino high school seniors in the Topeka- Shawnee County area.
Applicants must be of Hispanic or Latino descent and a 2009 high school graduating senior. Birth certificates may be required for proof of ethnic descent. The students or their families must be residents of Topeka or Shawnee County.
Applicants should contact their high school guidance counselors or financial aid office for information about the scholarships. Applications also are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m
